课程内容简介(中文):法医物证学是法医学的主干学科,是以法医物证为研究对象,以提供科学证据为目的,应用生命科学技术解决与法律问题相关的生物检材鉴定的一门学科。本课程的教学目标是使学生系统和牢固掌握法医物证检验的基本理论和基本技能,能基本承担常规法医物证检验工作,为今后从事法医物证鉴定、教学和研究奠定基础。教学内容包括:法医物证学的任务和意义;法医物证分析的遗传基础和分子基础;各种遗传标记(包括基因和表达产物水平的遗传标记)的特点以及分型技术;法医物证检材的提取、包装和送检;常见生物学检材(血液、血痕、精液、精斑、唾液、混合斑、毛发、骨骼等)的法医学检验;个体识别和亲子鉴定的基本理论、检验技术和证据意义评估;DNA数据库等。本课程是一门应用性极强的学科,理论课程和实验课程设置比为1:1.2。综合采用理论讲授、案例分析讨论、实验示教、模拟案件检验、PBL教学等多种教学方式。
课程内容简介(英文):Forensic evidence is a core discipline of forensic science, which focuses on the study of forensic evidence and aims to provide scientific evidence. It is a discipline that applies life science technology to solve biological specimen identification related to legal issues. The teaching objective of this course is to enable students to systematically and firmly grasp the basic theories and skills of forensic evidence examination, and be able to undertake routine forensic evidence examination work, laying a foundation for future forensic evidence identification, teaching, and research. The teaching content includes: the tasks and significance of forensic evidence science; The genetic and molecular basis of forensic evidence analysis; The characteristics and typing techniques of various genetic markers (including genetic markers at the gene and expression product levels); Extraction, packaging, and submission of forensic evidence materials; Forensic examination of common biological specimens (blood, bloodstains, semen, semen stains, saliva, mixed stains, hair, bones, etc.); The basic theories, testing techniques, and evidence-based significance evaluation of individual identification and paternity testing; DNA databases, etc. This course is a highly applied discipline, with a theoretical and experimental course ratio of 1:1.2. We adopt a variety of teaching methods, including theoretical lectures, case analysis and discussion, experimental demonstrations, simulated case testing, and PBL teaching.
